Cancellation and Payment Policy

No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the scheduled start date. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, 50% of the fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, or if the registration is not cancelled, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing, for example, via the cancellation link provided in the email confirmation. 

After the registration period has ended, you will receive either a payment link or an invoice unless otherwise stated in the training terms. The payment link will be sent to your email and is valid for 14 days. Failure to pay may result in interest and collection charges.
